Catalogue and stock
Products, categories and stock levels live in one catalogue. Deliveries increase stock, sales reduce it, and corrections create permanent movement records with the user and reason attached.
Low-stock and out-of-stock states are calculated from each product's current and minimum quantities.
Stock movements stay in an ordered operational history.
Manual corrections require a reason before they can be saved.

Sell without losing the stock trail
Selling and receipts
Build a sale at the counter using a walk-in customer, an existing customer, or a new customer created during the sale. The sale and its stock deduction are committed together so the numbers stay aligned.
One transaction writes the sale, its items and the resulting stock changes.
Cancelling a sale restores the stock that sale removed.
Receipts can be printed or saved as PDF records.

Common questions
How access, permissions and records behave in practice.
Submit the access-request form below. An Administrator reviews the request and chooses the role to grant. If approved, SME Orbit creates the account and sends a welcome email containing the temporary first-login password. The user must change that password after signing in.
Staff focus on sales and customers. Managers additionally manage the catalogue, inventory and sale cancellations. Administrators additionally manage users, access requests and the audit log.
A completed sale is not simply erased. A Manager or Administrator can cancel it with a reason. The system restores the stock and keeps the original sale in history with its cancellation record.
Each sale re-checks the current product stock inside its Firestore transaction before committing. If the stock is no longer available, the later attempt is rejected rather than pushing inventory below zero.
Yes. The authenticated application is responsive, navigation adapts for smaller screens, and both Light and Dark themes are supported.
